Encore Arts Booking Conditions

1. Students to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for moving around.
2. Phones, photographs or filming are not allowed during sessions without permission from a leader.
3. Photographs and videos will be taken during the course and these may be used for publication online on Encore Arts official channels and for marketing publicity. If consent is not given, we will not use any images taken during the activity that contain the young person.
4. I consent to application of plasters and antiseptic creams for minor injuries and/or any emergency medical treatment necessary for my child while attending.
5. Bad behaviour or bullying will result in the instant termination of a booking.
6. Course fees must be paid in order to secure a place.
7. Weekly youth theatre sometimes requires a 2-3 term commitment for certain projects.
8. Encore Arts is not responsible for loss/damage to personal property.
9. Encore Arts reserves the right to cancel the project or change the venue if circumstances required.
10. In the unlikely event of the project being cancelled by us a full refund will be issued.
11. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.
